The Southern California Swimming Board of Directors met September 23. Board actions included: adopting the national finals' scratch procedure for all SCS heats/finals meets, raising maximum meet fees effective January 1, 2010, and adopting a Grand Prix funding proposal. See attached .pdf minutes
